Congratulations to Rob Luft on Being Awarded the BBS Radio 3 Jazz New Generation Artist 

Those who were at one of our Jazz Steps Live in the Libraries mini-tour gigs in May will have heard Rob performing with Albanian jazz/folk singer Elina Duni their Songs of Love & Exile gig.  The BBC recently announced its Radio 3 New Generation Artists 2019-2021; Rob was nominated and won the place for Jazz New Generation Artist. 

As such, over the 3 years, he has the opportunity to broadcast from some of the UK’s most prestigious venues and festivals, as well as make appearances and recordings for BBC Radio 3.  For instance, Rob says he and his quintet will be on a forthcoming BBC Radio 3 In Tune programme.
