For a good few years Clark Tracey has adopted the role of one of his major influences, Art Blakey, by putting together bands which showcase some of the UK's finest young jazz musicians. This band marks a return to the sort of jazz which brought Clark to our attention in the first place - straight ahead modern jazz and standards - with old friends like Steve Melling.
