MC3 play straight ahead Hammond trio jazz. As part of its Rhythm-A-Ning project, EMJazz has teamed MC3 with the BBC Jazz Award winning saxophonist Tony Kofi for a short tour. Tony has recently been working internationally as part of David Murray's World Saxophone Quartet and with Jamaladeen Tacuma. He may be playing in one of the world's leading contemporary bands but Tony knows this Hammond quartet genre better than anyone in the UK having learned it playing in bars around Boston, Massachusetts to support his studies at Berkeley.
