A transatlantic quintet fusing the best of the contemporary New York and London jazz scenes. New York City bassist Howard Britz was born in London but has been resident in the US since 1991, playing with everyone from Annie Ross to Sam Rivers. Joined by Will Vinson (another British ex-pat) and Sylvia Cuenca from New York, and London's outstanding pianist Joanthan Gee and sensational Quentin Collins, expect an evening of high energy bop with a contemporary edge.
